Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit, debit and prepaid cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club and Apple Pay.

At the time of rental, the renter must present a personal credit or debit card for verification purposes.

Security Deposit & Insurance

Super Cover Insurance (SCI)

With Super Cover Insurance, no security deposit is required.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

For rentals covered by Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), a pre-authorisation deposit will be held on the renter’s personal credit or debit card at vehicle pick-up, depending on the selected vehicle category.

Only physical cards are accepted; virtual or digital cards (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) cannot be used for the security deposit.

The amount will be automatically released at the end of the rental period, provided no additional charges or damages apply.

E-Wallet Payments

Payments via digital wallets and compatible electronic payment methods are supported.

Secure Transaction

All online card payments are securely processed through the Alpha Bank Alpha e-Commerce payment platform using TLS 1.2 and SSL encryption technology to ensure secure and protected transactions.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up with a full refund.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before pick-up, a refund will be issued minus the cost of one rental day (or the applicable lower amount).
Reservations with partial payment may be cancelled one hour after the scheduled pick-up time if the customer has not contacted us regarding delays or has not provided a flight number in advance.

Please note: Due to their limited availability and high demand, Buggy-MotoCross-Jimny reservations are non-refundable. Once confirmed, no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation or no-show.
